At Mavs Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official team gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
